Eligible Person:

– Retirees.
– Investors.
– Individuals with passive income.

– Property owners with rental income.
– Individuals financially supported through investments or savings.
– Anyone wishing to reside in Spain without seeking employment.

Eligibility Requirements:

– Proof of sufficient savings or passive income (pension, rental income, investments, etc).
– Minimum financial resources 2400 Euros Per month (28800 Euros per year approx).
– Income must originate from outside Spain.
– Passport (minimum 1 Year Valid).
– No employment or professional activity in Spain.
– Police Clearance Certificate/No Criminal Record.
– Medical Certificate.

Cost:

3000 Euros. 50% Advance, 50% After Documents ready.

Visa Benefits:

Legal Residency in Spain.
Apply for a Permanent Resident Permit after 5 years of legal stay.
Visa-free travel in Schengen & EU States (Including Montenegro, North Macedonia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Albania etc).
