Frequently Asked Questions
Visa approval is determined by the relevant embassy or consulate and cannot be guaranteed. It is important to understand that visa decisions are not based solely on the issuance of a work permit. Several factors are carefully assessed during the visa application process, including the applicant’s passport strength, personal and financial circumstances, supporting documentation, travel and immigration history, performance during the embassy interview, and overall eligibility under the applicable immigration regulations.
As a result, visa outcomes may vary from one applicant to another. In some cases, an applicant from a country with a comparatively lower passport ranking may receive visa approval more readily than an applicant from a higher-ranked passport country if their overall profile, documentation, and interview performance are stronger. Each application is evaluated individually on its own merits by the issuing authority.
Yes. For our trusted and registered agents, work permit applications for Portugal, Hungary, Slovakia, and Germany may be processed without an initial payment, subject to established business arrangements and approved payment guarantees and full payment after issuing the work permit.
For new agents or applicants, a suitable payment guarantee may be required before the application process can begin. To arrange a payment guarantee, we recommend scheduling an appointment and visiting one of our offices. Our staff will be pleased to explain the available options and assist you throughout the process.

If you are unable to visit one of our offices for a payment guarantee, a small initial processing fee may be required to initiate the Portugal, Hungary, Slovakia, and Germany work permit application. The amount typically ranges between €100 to €150, depending on the specific case and processing requirements.
Our refund policy is clear and is applied strictly in accordance with our terms and conditions.
A refund will be provided if the visa refusal is directly caused by an error, omission, or non-compliance on the company’s side. This includes situations such as an invalid or illegitimate work permit, incorrect information in the work permit, or any mistake in the supporting documents prepared and provided by the company.
However, if the visa is refused due to factors beyond the company’s control, including but not limited to the applicant’s personal circumstances, interview performance, insufficient supporting evidence, immigration history, security concerns, or decisions made solely by the embassy or consulate, payments are generally non-refundable.
Each case is reviewed individually based on the official visa refusal reasons and the terms of the service agreement.
We offer a variety of secure payment options for the convenience of our clients, including:

We do not provide embassy appointment booking services or embassy representation. Visa appointments, embassy interviews, and final visa application submissions are the sole responsibility of the applicant and are conducted directly with the relevant embassy or consulate.
However, where applicable, we may provide guidance regarding the documentation related to the work permit or interview preparation or services obtained through our company. All visa decisions, appointment availability, and interview requirements remain under the authority of the respective embassy or consulate.
As part of our company policy, we do not disclose the employer’s name until the work permit has been officially issued. This policy is in place to protect our business relationships and to prevent unauthorized agents or non-serious applicants from contacting employers directly and bypassing the agreed application process.
We also do not provide copies of previously issued work permits or sample work permits. Unfortunately, such documents are sometimes misused, altered, or replicated fraudulently by unauthorized parties, which may create legal and compliance risks for both employers and applicants.
For transparency regarding our activities and services, we encourage clients to review our published updates, achievements, and work permit-related posts on our official Facebook page:
